We are hiring an Accounting Lead to manage the group's accounting team, ensure Colombian regulatory compliance and own monthly and annual closings.
**Responsibilities** - Lead the monthly accounting close and group consolidation. - Ensure tax compliance (national and local). - Supervise the team of accounting assistants and analysts. - Coordinate internal and external audits. - Drive process and tooling improvements.
**Requirements** - Public accountant with active professional license. - At least 5 years leading accounting teams in mid-to-large companies. - Strong knowledge of IFRS and Colombian tax regulations. - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SIESA or similar). - Leadership, communication and organizational skills.
